If your skip is to be placed on council land i.e. the footpath you must obtain a permit from the Adelaide City Councils City Works Department. You must comply with certain conditions outlined in the City Works Guideline Booklet. The online application form can also be found on the council website. The Council takes two days to process the application and will contact you to discuss the details of the permit once this has occurred.
